Thanks for the help folks
Well on the activity front, I basically took the day off yesterday--only walking 1/2 mile. I also hit the liquids hard and upped my protein.
It was pretty cool outside early this morning so I took a leisurely 2.0 mile walk quite comfortably. I look forward to how I feel late this PM and whether I will be able to duplicate.
I think my body was just too tired and revolted. Once again thanks for the advice.
