L - 3/4 of a Jr. Whataburger
S - nothing (water)
D - Pot Roast with Onions & Mushrooms, Cream Potatoes and Broccoli Casserole ( a few bites of all)
S - 2 bites of Homemade Peach Cobbler (go**** was good!)
A bit on the piggy side today, but that is typical for me on the weekends for I don't eat as much on the week days.
