Hey Bama Board! What did you eat today?

B: early coffee, later 2 eggs and 1/2 c grits
L: 3 oz hamburger steak and a few bites of baked potato (left from last night's dinner)
S: cheerios and skim milk
D: beef veggie soup
S: probably popcorn

EARLY B - Coffee only
B - Watermelon
L - 3/4 of a Jr. Whataburger
S - nothing (water)
D - Pot Roast with Onions & Mushrooms, Cream Potatoes and Broccoli Casserole ( a few bites of all)
S - 2 bites of Homemade Peach Cobbler (go**** was good!)

A bit on the piggy side today, but that is typical for me on the weekends for I don't eat as much on the week days.
