Im SOOOOOOOOOOOO glad today is Friday!!

I could almost jump for joy, except i've been too busy.

Here's the damage. I Thank God its almost a new week!

B-1/2 sausage biscuit
L-1/2 bacon cheese burger a few fries (if you've never eat at 5 guys.. dont start.. its SOOO good)
S-2 bites of an apple fritter. I wish people would leave me alone w/ that crap. or i had better willpower I took two peices of Jeans fritter.
D- who knows. maybe nothing. Ive done enough damage for one day.

Let's look at my damage today.

B - cereal
S - cheese 1/2 coke
L - grilled chicken salad and 2 bites of a lemon bar
S - fruit

Everyone have a great weekend. I'm still feeling down. Things are not ok. Home life is fine but there are other issues that I cannot speak about that are really getting me down. Prayers are needed.

Hey, my birthday is next week and I'm really getting old!! I feel old too.

Good afternoon Hilary!!!!!  Here is what I have had so far:

B - protein shake
L - 1/2 cheese burger and 5 friend (Bad -  I know - but it was a homemade burger LOL)
S - a few almonds
D - we are going to eat Mexican...so I am not sure yet.  Will update later.

D: chicken pie, black eyed peas, squash - just a few bites of each, more of the chicen than veggies. We ate with my Mom and it was YUMMY!!!!

I had a dental appointment first thing this morning, so I didn't get to eat before I went.  After my cleaning they asked me to come back an hour later for a filling.....so, I treated myself to a Smoothie King, Slim and Trim Strawberry Kiwi protein smootie.  I got a medium one...didn't know it was going to be 32 ounces, so that was my breakfast and lunch combo cause I sure didn't have an appetite after having my entire mouth numbed up.  We had pizza ordered in for dinner.  Kyle has been working like a work horse trying to get this house into shape for our Housewarming on Sunday afternoon.  We still have a ways to go, but people will just have to understand.  All we have left is to epoxy fhe front porch and to trim out the windows and baseboards in the bed and baths.  Everything looks great.
