Happy Friday--how is the walking/ exercise coming today--I am headed out for my 2nd walk today--should have 2.5 miles finshed soon--going for 3 miles today. How about everyone else.?

I didn't do the neighborhood walking last night, but I did mow the lawn w/a pushmower...so do I get points for that??? I'm headed back out on the walking tonite - got the Yogster a new leash so we're gonna be good to go. Our little path is just over 2 miles, we might double it tonite...then we'll both sleep good!

You betcha yard mowing counts--burns more calories than walking according to one of those calorie burner web sites I checked. You keep trucking with the Yogster--I just can not do 4 miles yet--the best I've been able to do is 3 miles and not all at once--but I will get there.
