Whatcha Eating Today?

I know its early and im sorry. Im having my afternoon snack before 3pm, but i had lunch way early. lol

B (730)--the rest of my lunch from yesterday--4 bites of tuna salad, 2 bites of broccoli salad (my aunt ate most of it yesterday)
L (1030)--6 small shrimp, cheese stick
S (240)--3 small shrimp and little cottage cheese and strawberry slices soaked in splenda (i made these last night, oh wow are they good)
D--will be a slice of pizza.. ONE slice. its leftovers and needs to be eaten.

Today has been a very emotional day for me, Today is Dads birthday and i really miss him. I know he's with jesus, but i wish he were here....ive tried to do my very best and keep my eating in check. It may seem like alot to some of you, but i think i done pretty good

Your eating sounds fine to me. I think you've done pretty good considering it's an emotional day.

B - Waffle House - single with cheese and toast
L - pineabpple sandwich
S - Chocolate graham cracker
D - chicken alfredo, green beans and salad

I feel a little better today but still not real good. I'm having a lot of personal issues to deal with and its been scary. It's going to be ok.

Pineapple sandwich w./ a little mayo.. YUMMY!!

Glad your feeling a little btter, i'll pray tommorrow is way better for you :)

I'm sorry for your loss. I understand where you are coming from. I lost my dad 11 years this past May 15th. I still miss him even though I know he is in heaven.

1st a.m.: 1 cup coffee, too weak...yuck!

B: nothing

S: nothing

L: chicken strip sandwich and a couple onion rings

S: 1/4 c of soy nuts

D: will be a tuna stuffed tomato, if I get time to eat. Working until 11 again tonight.

you've got to slow down missy and take time for yourself.!!

i'd be soooooooooooo hungry if i were you. Ive found the perfect solution for ME is to eat every 3 hours. If i do so, i dont overeat when i do finally eat. and i seem to make better choices!

You always seem to eat good stuff and your tiny, so i guess it doesnt really matter! haha!

Seriously. slow down!

Tiny isn't exaclty how I would describe myself...but thanks!  I'd love to slow down just a little, for a day or two. But right now, I have to work all I can due to my husband being unemployed and in college. Unemployment doesn't pay like his job did. Hopefully I can hold out until he finishes then I plan to go myself.  I really don't get hungry, only head hunger. I get kind of slugish or get a headache then realize I haven't eaten or ate the wrong things.

Oh your bowl of chips made me remember that i bought Publix brad of southwestern black bean salsa. Im wondering if it's as good as Walmarts?! I also bought baked scoops to eat it with, luckily, i havent touched it yet.

Not a super bad day, it could have been way worse.
