Well--I am one month post-op today

I have no idea what I currently weigh, because I have not weighed since the 16th.  But I gotta tell you I feel sooo much better.  much more active--don't have to walk with a cane anymore (and I can now walk 2.5 miles a day vs being housebound)--haven't had any insulin since my day of surgery, and my blood pressure medicine is cut in half.  All totaled I am taking 9 fewer prescription meds--(of course I've added some supplements).  I am just tickled!!

Hope you have a great day and I can hardly wait to find out what I weigh next month.

Congrats! I'm so happy for you, you should be so proud of yourself! I hope I'm doing as well as you soon. Two more weeks for me. I stop my insulin the day before surgery and I hope I don't have to take any after. I'm ready to be healthy like you. Wooo Hooo!

Thanxs, Amy

Bravo!That is so great !!

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

Congratulations!!!  You are doing GREAT!!!  Keep up the good work!

We all need the support...even after almost 5 years!!

You have been an inspiration to me with the walking you have been doing and your upbeat attitude.  I haven't done much exercising since my surgery.  I haven't given up on myself...you give me hope.  I'm not there yet, but I keep reading about you and Vicki and who knows, I may start walking yet!!!
