Whatcha Eating Today?
Wow, I think today was the day to be stressed in the group. And I am no exception! Found out that the idea of my new office was to have me there in Montgomery on the 5th of July. Um, yeah, okay. So the boss and I got a two week reprieve to July 19. I was shaking for quite a bit today just thinking of everything to do! And my eating was weird.....

B-6 oz GV (Walmart) Black Cherry FF/NSA Yogurt/w 3 tsp
GV brand Grapenuts
S- small bag cheetos cheese puffs
L- 6 oz GV Blueberry FF/NSA Yogurt/w 3 tsp GV Grapenuts
S-Banana
D-Homemade chicken vegetable soup made with all white chicken tenders/no fat - frozen, fresh and canned veggies. Just a few potatoes...mostly green beans, carrots and corn and few green lima beans
S- small bag cheetos
FF/NSA Fudsicle
16 ozs decaf hot tea w/Splenda
1 12 oz decaf diet coke
Didn't do too great on snacks too many. Went to doctor and have an upper respiratory infection and have to eat w/antibiotics. No excuse but nothing has alot of taste and have just wanted to graze today.
Will do better tomorrow.
