Whatcha Eating Today?

IM BACK!!!

I had so much fun at the beach. Jayden thoroughly enjoyed himself also. I stayed on track for the most part. I had protein shakes in the mornings, ham and cheese rollup for lunch, and then dinner i had fried shrimp, but me and Chris shared a plate so i kept myself in check.

Today on the other hand, has been a crazy crazy day. It started with dinner last night. by the time i got home, i didnt want to cook, so i ordered Pizza. Jaydens favorite. I had TWO slices of thin crust pepperoni and tomato. Do you know how miserable i felt afterwards? i thought i was going to die. You would think i learned my lesson, but today has been no better. I truly believe its because i havent gotten in my water. I havent felt like drinking anything. Ive had ONE glass of SF koolaid all day long. what gives?

B-Protein Shake
S-5 Almonds
S-10 Almonds (im guessing that classifies as grazing)
L-Half scoop of tuna salad, a tomato wedge and 2 bites of broccoli salad. one strawberry
S (not 2 hrs after lunch) 1/2 protein bar
D- i have no idea, but im gonna make sure its HEALTHY

So how'd you do today?

I've been feeling puny today.

B - Coffee
L - Tomato sandwich
S - Coffee
D - Roast (it's been in the crock pot all day)

I love tomato sandwiches!

I had roast all week last week, so im good on that for a while :)

It started with coffee and has been down hill from there!

Coffee, coffee & coffee

B: 2 slices bacon, 1 slice tomato

S: nothing (it's a good thing!)

L: about 1/2 of some type of chicken flatbread thing from subway...dropped it in the floorbaord of my car trying to eat going down the road.

S: sea salted pita chips

Just now I ate some popcorn with the girls at the office. I have to work tonight so I will be having myself a nice little protein shake.

I am with you, I think a lot of it has to do with how much I drink (or the lack of). Today I have not had much to drink and have wanted salty snacks ALL day.

Your breakfast wasnt bad. Actually, none of it really was.

What about this flatbread? tell me more! They eat at Subway alot at work and inever order because i dont know what to order.

I tried some pita chips w/ hummus dip a few weeks ago.. I dont think i'll eat them again for a while LOL!!

I like the flatbread better than the regular bread. It is soft and has a better flavor to me. When toasted, I can't eat too much of it, which is a good thing. You can get any sub they offer on the flatbread. Try it sometime. It's pretty tastey. I had the Tuscan Chicken on flatbread today...well the floor of my car had most of it..lol!

I've done pretty good today Hillary!  So far I have had,

B- (FINALLY BEFORE COFFEE!) banana at 3:30 a.m.
L-Bowl of raisin bran at 10:30 a.m.
s- turkey sandwich on one slice of bread folded over at 2:30 p.m.
s- protein shake now
D- I have cube steak in the crock pot with mushroom soup and am about to add potato tots with cheese to top. (my variation to tater tot casserole..easy made)!

I'd like that cube steak tater tot recipe if you dont mind sharing :)

SURE THING!!!  It is SO easy!!

I used 4 pieces of cube steak
2-family size mushroom soup cans
season salt
1 stalk of celery
1 big chunk of onion
cook 6 hours in crock pot
2 hours before serving add 1 bag of ore ida tater tots
cook till done and add cheese of choice, mine is cheddar.

This is the 1st time I have made this so I hope it is good.  I get in creative modes sometimes and today was one of those so I created this.  Sure hope it is good!

thanks :) i'll leave the celery out as i juyst dont like it. haha.

Cant wait to make it. Im up for anything in the crockpot!!!
