Here goes the damage;

1st thing, coffee, coffee & coffee

B: leftover grilled chicken

S: few bites of italian pasta salad that I made to take to my SIL's doe lunch. Got the foamies!!! Haven't had that happen in awhile!

L: 1/2 grilled hamburger pattie (no bread), 1/2 grilled hotdog (no bread), a small piece of watermelon and a few bites of oreo fluff (felt like yuck after it! I knew better!!!)

S: nothing! I have done too much damamge already! I still feel like YUCK!!!!

Goodness, the other day I had the foamies for the first time in forever.  It was weird!  And, funnily enough, I thought "hey, thank God for how well my tool is working to keep me on track!"

Here was my day:

B:  Protein Bar

L:  Out and about - Protein Bar

S:  SF Fudgsicle (yum)

D:  1C ff refried beans with low fat pepperjack cheese melted in

S:  Likely SF pudding and Lite Cool Whip.

Life is too short to eat vanilla ice cream and dance with boring men.

We had tons of food, but I only ate a weiner and some baked beans for lunch. For dinner, I ate a small bbq pork sandwich and I'm STUFFED.

Hey there!!!!  Well....today has been BAD LOL....I had:


B - one piece of toast and bacon
S - protein bar
L - 1/2 hamburger patty with 1 piece bread, two tablespoons pot. salad, one spoon baked beans, pickles
D - nothing yet....I think i have had enough...may make me a protein shake or eat a protein bar.

No exactly what I started out thinking I'd be eating...but here goes...

Before Breakfast - Coffee (that's a given!) 
B: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 c grits
L: tuna salad on three crackers 
S: protein bar
S cheerios & skim milk
D: LF deli ham rolled in a cheese stick & small piece of keylime pie 

probably no snack for me tonight
