We Are So Blessed!
As we moved down here to Pensacola, we had to get a new M.D. for Jessie.
She sees a Psych M.D. for her "Severe ADHD" diagnosis as part of her symptoms of Autism.
We have found a new M.D. for her, and he has been EXTREMELY thorough with her...and of course, we are very impressed! We have seen him twice...she's seen him once, herself.
He is having her lead levels tested and thyroid levels tested. In addition to that, he is doing metabolic studies to see if any amino acids are elevated as well as genetic testing.
I don't recall ANY M.D. that has done this for Jessie up until this point in her life.
We feel so blessed to have Jessie with this M.D. Even if ALL is okay with this testing...I will feel much better KNOWING that she has been tested for all of these things!
I feel as if this M.D. has been placed in our lives for a reason! He is our blessing!

PTL Jackie! This is awesome news! I'm so glad that you have a great MD for Jessie. God has a purpose and plan for everything. This move for us was God's plan and i believe that your move was in His plan for you guys too. I love you all and we are praying for you!

PLEASE keep praying for us! We REALLY need the prayers for we have a few needs right now. One, specifically having to do with Olivia and her pregnancy. Just in general, our entire family needs prayer right now. Tim & Albert, both have a great opportunity to work for AT&T down here...and they both will be testing for a job with them in the next few weeks. We are putting our home up for sell in Toney the 2nd week of June. I could go on and on...God knows my heart.

That is awesome. It is so hard to find thorough doctors these days. It sounds like God put one in your life for Jessie. I know it is a real blessing to you. I imagine you feel like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders...that someone else is looking after her best interests and maybe you won't have to fight for everything she needs...that someone in the medical field is paying attention and really cares about her and health!
I agree that God has placed you where you need to be and this doctor in your lives for Jessie. God is an AWESOME God!! PTL!!!
