My Momma!

WLS has changed her so much.  I'm updating for her.  She is in a size 8-10 and on the move.  She left Saturday on an Alaskan cruise.  I just can't believe this is my momma!  She use to sit at home everyday and play games on the computer or sleep all day.  She never wanted to get out of the house but now, you can't keep up with her!  She's 63 and I am so proud of her and of her life.  I am proud of the way she has turned things around.  WLS is one awesome tool for our lives and my Momma (along with all of us) go to prove how this tool can change us.

I've gained, but I'm on the losing side again and I love it.  Sure, I sneak something I shouldn't at times, we all have/do.  But I know how to use the tool and I'm back on that using side.

How are you doing?

Way to go Mary Culpepper   I am almost jealous.  I am proud she has the opportunity and the energy to take this cruise.  It will be an awsome experience for her.  The weight loss is great too.

Sincerely,
Brenda A. in sleeping beauty's slot.

Hey Randall,
She was a spit-fire before WLS, I can only imagine now! LOL  I'm so happy for her!
Yes, we all do slip something from time to time and it's OK. The thing about WLS is that is still allows us to be NORMAL (well, SOME of us..hehe) and not always on a diet! Sure we do have to watch what we eat but don't everyone need to do that? Look at people who don't have to worry about their weight, they still have to make good choices or else they will fall into the same traps we did, and still do sometimes.
Hang in there, once things settle down for you a bit more the better choices will come more easily. And don't feel bad about slipping something every now and again. I think they call that being human and enjoying life!

I'm hanging in there and doing pretty dog gone good as of late.  I guess after 7 months of marriage things ARE settling down.  I love my wife and love where I live so that makes a HUGE difference in my life!

Love ya and miss you.  Tell Rich hey for me.  Be blessed my friends.  Miss you guys!

How wonderful, Randall!  You must've inspired her.
