Any plans for the big weekend?

Wow kkj5165 Wish I was going with ya to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.  We always go up to the Mountains every year about this time but this year we're planning a trip to Destin June 9th-16th.  It's been almost 14 years since I've been to a beach.. I can't wait and neither can my DH and kiddos..

No plans for me this weekend.. Just work.. Yeah.. you heard me rite.. I've got to work Saturday, Sunday & Monday... We have Inventory things going on at work so that means I get all the overtime I want.. and double time pay for Memorial day.. No time off until next Saturday... so you all think of me while your having your cookouts and family gatherings...

That STINKS!!!  I am so sorry you have to work.  Last year was the first year we got off.  We had to give up the day after Christmas to get it.

But, we got a new Archbishop this year and we get both!  I know how it feels to be working and everyone else is off enjoying themselves.  If it's any consolation, it will probably be raining parrots and coconuts here (they said tropical rains so I tried to substitute for cats and dogs and could only think of one tropical animal) so we will be indoors all day!! LOL

Just think how much fun you'll have spending that overtime and double time on a cute swimsuit for the beach trip!  I am torn between the beach and the mountains, so I try to do at least one trip per year to each....I manage the REO department for my bank and we own a bunch of cabins so I get to go pretty often to do inspections--then I just stay an extra day or two and play!  I'm gonna be bummed when we finally sell all of them!
