I'm early I know. This weekend isn't going to be a calm and restful one. Tomorrow I'm taking all three kids to get haircuts, Saturday is grocery shopping (and shoes/clothes for the kids) then off to decorate the church and fix food for the potluck on Sunday.. Sunday is church and all its fun. Money we're handing ou****er at the Hsv Memorial Day service in 5 Pts by church. Sometime I'm hoping to get some rest.

What about ya'll?

We don't have any specific plans, just going to play it by ear. what I need to do is clean the garage!
Sounds like you are going to have a super busy weekend! Have fun and find a time to rest..

it wouldn't be too bad but I'm not looking forward to the I-wants from the kids. They've been warned... shoes only no toys! We'll see how well that works with Daddy with us. lol

Dang, lots of stuff going on for you.

I have been on vacation all week, just laying low and resting.  That's the plan for the weekend too.  Shall I rest for you?  :-)

Take a nap in my name and enjoy the moment! I'm hoping to rest but I doubt it.

Looks like we are going to have torrential rains all weekend.  They are predicting Tropical Rain all weekend into Monday!  My sister is planning on having our entire family (consisting of four of us sisters and one brother and spouses, children and grandchildren totaling about 30 people) over to her house for a last cook-out.  She has a very large yard and is moving during this month to a larger home, but a smaller yard.  With this rain looming over us I can't image moving it indoors to my DS's about 1000-1100 sq.ft. home.  But she doesn't want to cancel!!  I think I'll do an un-rain dance to keep the rain away at least Monday afternoon. LOL

Saturday I will be babysitting the little ones, Ethan 4 years and Austin 18 months while DD (t-ball team mom) heads up a yard sale/cool drink sales, having soft drinks and chips for sale by the children (teammates) along with the 7 year old, Owen.  They cleaning and laundry and church that evening or Sunday morning.  Whatever works best for the schedule.  My MIL's 77th BD is Wednesday so we may be celebrating her day this weekend also.

I'm getting tired just thinking about it. LOL

Christ's peace,

We will be watching Keaton graduate today. Then off for a late lunch with family and friends.
Tomorrow K and I will head to Birmingham to catch the train to New Orleans. A mother son trip as a graduation gift from me and daddy. While in NOLA we plan on eating beignets, taking a ghost tour, an above ground cemetary tour, etc. We will return on Monday, exhausted, but happy!!

A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything.

I like your new avatar Noel!

As far as the weekend is concerned...Friday I am working from home.  I am also making a trip to WM too.  I will clean house Friday night.  Tim & I will team up on Saturday and work in the yard/garage to get both cleaned up / straightened up.  Sunday ~ church and probably will head to the beach after church.  Monday we will grill ribs/chicken and I will probably "sneak" and work some more from home to take care of some things before the week starts.

I LOVE the long weekends for I can get a jump start on my week ahead!    Also, this upcoming week is Jessie's last week of school too.  Her last day is Friday after Memorial day.
