Off to take a walk before picking up Gerry from school. Vickie has me missing my walks so time to dust off my walking shoes!
Then I am going to pick up Jacob and enjoy my day off! 
My boys are growing up so fast!!

I got me a new pair of shoes.Gerry & I went to Wal-Mart. And I found me some good ones. They are so cheap right now. So I will have Jacob walking and running with me. He is working out for football in the fall. His coach isn't having practice during June but they have been running 3 miles a day. Jacob wants to keep that up.
I have been on steriods for the cellutis and I have put on some weight these past 2 months. So I have to get out there and walk it back off. I am off steriods now with my last dose being this week. Praise GOD! But I have a swimsuit calling my name and I want to fit in it! lol
And I love to exercise so that is a bonus if you like it. I just really love the view! Lol

Jacob decided to stay all day. They went to the Sea, Sand and Stars aquirium for the day. It is part of the school (only school with an aquirium) so when I got there they were having such a ball he wanted to stay. (Yeah Gerry wanted to also- he was like what kind of school has an aquirium like Sea World? Lol) Unfortantley for Gerry he didn't get to stay. But we went to the beach for abit and now we are back home. The crowds were something! 
And it will only pick up from here.
Sorry you don't facebook. All my friends are on there. I am online most the day and night considering I work from home on a computer.
My Yorkies are jumping up and down barking. They have gotten attatched to Gerry. He walks in and the pups bark. One thing about having an ADHD child. They like to play with the dogs!
I got him some sal****er taffy for his last day. He took one bite and he spit it out. I laughed. He said it was TOO much sugar. It was 36g! I am glad he didn't like it.

I'm with you, Vickie and VolFan is showing us up when it comes to walking. I did come home this afternoon and took the Jack Russell for a walk. He is a very good excercise partner because he has so much energy.
I'm determined to start my walking again too.

Yes dogs are good exercise aren't they. My Miley is. I know Jack Russell's are!
My friend has one. Milo he is so small he gets tired and I bring him back but Miley can hang! Lol
I am so determined I went and got me some new tennis shoes. They are made for walking. The ones I had are a size bigger so I stepped down a size. I am happy about that. And I Got some comfortable shoes on sale!
