Whatcha Eating Today?
Ok, so its confession time. Ive been completely horrible today. I know why, but i must stop it. I hope you guys did better than me.
also.. where is everyone at? at first, we had good response, now only a few people (thank you all that do!!!)

B-Protein Shake (its a staple)
S-1/2 donut
L-tiny bit of roast and half slice of thin crust pizza.
S-1/2 donut
S- cottage cheese and peaches
D- i HAVE to have a protein shake or something healthy. I have a lot of running around to do after work to prepare for Jaydens graduation.. I cant believe my baby is graduating Pre-k. Im so excited and full of emotion.
Anywho, let us know what you ate!!!

L-this was interesting....it was my first conference to attend where lunch was served since my surgery on May 1st.....I had 3 bites of the salad (the first time I tried lettuce), 1/4 of a chicken breast in a lemon sauce, a bite of rice and 3 bites of brocolli.
D-now going out to dinner with a business partner....will have baked or broiled fish.
It sure is tricky handling food situations away from home this soon after surgery!

I'm with you, Where is everyone? I love seeing what people eat for ideas, and also love to see that everyone else has good days, not-so-good days, hungry days etc...
Not much again for me today. My gall bladder is still being a pain, literally! My DH said it's trying to beat my tummy to the operating room. LOL

I had my gallbladder removed before surgery. i had to have it removed 4 months after i had my baby. That was THE WORST pain when those attacks came on. I literally thought i was having a heart attack. I was so scared. Imagine a 3 month old and me at home.. I wake up at 3 am with TERRIBLE pains i freaked lol. I was so scared i was going to die and he'd be left alone there. All the things that run thru a new mothers mind. haha
You had a good day, try to eat some more if you band will let ya! or get in some protein shakes:) Try the Cafe Carmel :) its SOO good!

Breakfast.. scrambled egg, sausage and slice of french toast with s/f syrup
Lunch was a slice of tomato and the meat from a Jacks hamburger
snack was 4 peanut butter and crackers
supper was strawberries I'll probably eat a piece of leftover steak in a couple of hours.
I usuallt eat around 1200 calories a day. Love, Miss Mary

My biggest problem, it seems, is eating on a regular schedule, rather than on and off all day long. Being at home all day doesn't help, but I'm hoping after we move and I start working that I can establish some sort of routine.
Over the course of the day, I had a 4 ounce bag of teriyaki beef jerky, one whole wheat pita half with white american, havarti, and muenster cheeses melted in it, and then the other half was ham and muenster melted in it.
I've hit another stall after reaching the century lost mark, and I'm ready for it to start moving again! I've got to do better.

I had to set myself a schdule. It may not work for others and it may same crazy to others, but i HAVE to eat every 3-4 hours or i get so hungry i start grazing. I also will get the shakes. I have to start out the day with a protein shake, or im normally doomned. haha.
You didnt have a bad day. Up your protein and water and you'll break that stalL! Congrats on century club!!!
