Whatcha eating today?

Whew has today been a rough one for me. Its that time so i can sort of be ok with it, but i hate that i always seem so hungry.

B-Protein Shake
L-2oz roast, 3 bites of salad, 3 grapes with cottage cheese.
S-cottage cheese and peaches (im abotu to eat it)
D-upside down pizza bake--a little over 5 oz. (i weighed it..ive started weighin everything and its really surprised  me.. especially in the dense meat department)

Ive felt hungry all day, so i dont think i did TERRIBLY bad, but it surely could have been better!

I think you did pretty good! 

Not much for me today, I've been very very tight and have had some gall bladdar pain.

B: Coffee

L: 2-3 bites of pizza, just the top

S: protein bar

D: cheerios and skim milk

S: probably SF pudding cup

Oh girlfriend, for breakfast, I had a boiled egg.  For Lunch, I had an all beef hotdog on a whole wheat bun and for dinner we are having this awesome pot roast I put on in the crockpot this morning with potatoes, carrots and onions.  I'm having corn on the cob and green beans to go with it.  I'll probably only eat a few bites of meat, taters and carrots, myself.  Daddy's on his way over for dinner too.  A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE :)  gave me some wonderful homemade bread that I'm toasting in the oven for everyone.

Sounds like you had an awesome day!

Sunday night i put on a roast w. potatos carrots tomato wedges and onions! Monday morning, i measured out portion sizes for me to take to work, along w.the carrots and tomatos. I poured the potatos and onions down the drain. Boy was the roast good, im still eating it on it! With it being just me and Jayden if i make something we have to eat on it all week or it goes to waste. He wanted upside down pizza bake, so i had made that for him. Luckily hes ate it every night for dinner!

I did real good until dinner tonight.
B- pecans
L small hamburger from McDonalds only 1/2 of the bottom of the bun
D- few bites of filet mignon, few bites of chicken cordon blue, about a teaspoon of grits and shrimp.   A few bites of banana nut cake with cream cheese icing.
I was invited to attend the President award dinner for Toyota and they did put on a spread.

Your dinner sounds like my lunch only WAY better!. haha. I had a smorgorsboard!

I'm late as usual.

B - Waffle House single with cheese
S - 1 whole chocolate glazed donut!!!!
L - 2 spoons of spaghetti and 1/2 tomato sandwich
S - Protein bar
D - went to Mr. G's to eat and had garlic bread and spaghetti again. I brought half the spaghetti home with me.


I don't even want to eat today because I did so bad yesterday. I brought soup for lunch though.
