Update on my baby nephew Aiden
I just wanted to once again thank everyone for their prayers...it really means a great deal to me! 
The M.D.s have found that Aiden has bleeding in both sides of his brain from a broken blood vessels...much like what you would see in a premature baby, although he is a full term baby. This has the M.D.s at UAB stumped because they haven't seen this before in a full term baby. Aiden is a small baby to be full-term, but he is full term and fully developed. He weighed 4 lbs. 13 oz. and was 17 inches long at birth.
The bleeding is occurring where the motor skills develop in the brain...the M.D.s are telling the parents that it's a toss up as to whether the brain will heal completely on its own or whether there will be permanent damage.
They have the seizure activity under control with meds, and he may get to move to the regular nursery soon for he is taking his bottles well.
Please continue to pray for Aiden, Michael and Tina for they aren't out of the woods yet.
