Hey Hey Hillary
thank you :)
my labs are finally in the normal range. All just past "normal" so thats good for me. Ive lost 20lbs so that was also good !! YAY! I guess thats about all. I'll have to be checked again in 6 months to see if my iron has risen or lowered. He put me on lexapro, which i hate. I dont hate the medicine, i hate the idea. BUT with everything thats been happening in my life the first of this year, he thought i should try it. He thought it might help me sleep better at night also and maybe help with some of this emotional eating part. ive done really good about it the last month, but some days. whew. Anyways, i'll try anything once, so im going to give it a shot. I went and bought a weekly pill carrier thing. That way, i have no excuse not to take my vits and meds.
Thank you for thinking about me!

I'm glad that your labs are looking better. And to have lost 20 lbs - Man, that's excellent!!!
Don't feel too bad about the Lexapro. My sister and my daughter have had to be on it at different times and it really did help. When my husband died Dr. Cox had me try it and it made me so sick. I stopped taking it and did just fine but I don't recommend what I did to anyone. It's best to do as the doctor say do!! You need to rest good at night so that you'll be at your best during the day.
As far as pills, I'm one of the worlds worse about taking mine. I have to put them out on my desk first thing in the morning and if they are sitting there in front of me, I at least do see them and remember to take them. I always start at home when I go to the kitchen. I have my vitamin and calcium ready to take.
I want to thank you for the "What cha eating" posts that you do. Yesterday Carmen said it has really helped her to be accountable to someone and I have to agree totally. When I confess to you guys, it opens my eyes. So thank you my dear!!
You keep up the good work - not only the posts but the weight loss!!
Love,
DebbieDoo
