Im so glad you posted this today, because im leaving for the doctor at 2 and wont be back on a computer!!

B-protein shake
l-bbq'd chicken and a tiny salad
s-nothing, will be at doctor
d-waffle house--one egg and a piece of sausge, a bite or two of Jaydens hashbrowns! YUMMY!

Im bringing outmeal for next week when i have to be at work at 7!!! Remind me! haha!

I love to go to Waffle House. When I have extra cash on hand I will stop there in the mornings and get me a single scrambled with cheese and I eat one piece of toast with it. Next to Oatmeal, that's got to be my favorite breakfast.

Don't worry, I'll remind you about the oatmeal!!

i like mine scrambled with cheese and tomatoes. YUMMY!! i dont know how i'll feel when i leave the doc so who knows what i order. im gonna try to do just scrambled!!!

B- McDonalds Small Breakfest Burrito & Unsweet tea w/ splenda
L- 4 bites of Tuna salad w/ crakers & Unsweet tea w/ splenda
S-Animal Crakers
D-No Clue.. May be grilled Hot Dogs w/onions & peppers .. yummmy.

I so need to make a stop by the waffle house sometimes... I've not been since I found out I was preggy with my daughter & that's been over 14 years ago.

Hey there my precious friend!!!!

B - protein shake
S - 7 almonds
L - cheese quesadilla (sp?)
(no snack...too busy at work)
D - John is making oatmeal and I am having turkey bacon.  (my favorite meal)
S- probably a protein bar.

This is working....thank you and Hilary.  I am losing weight because I have to be accountable to someone.  I love it.  (I have lost 2 pounds this week.)
