Good words for troubled times--be positive
8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
11Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

One of my favorite passages is found in Micah 7:7-8. Therefore I will loo****o the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. Rejoice not against me oh my enemy for when I fall I shall arise and when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me. That's pretty positive too. You know, it doesn't matter what man does to me because my salvation doesn't come from man. Our enemies can laugh and mock and come against us with lies, etc. but when I fall, I'm gonna get up again and when I'm in darkness my light is going to come from the Lord. Isn't that something?? Going through this cancer has helped teach me that I have no control over what happens to me but no matter what happens, I can turn it over to God and He will either fix it or help me get through it. Pretty assuring if you ask me.

AND ALL WAYS REMEBER THAT TODAY WILL END AND TOMORROW IT WILL
HISTORY and you can move ahead :)
Funny how something we thought so terrible today will be a distant memory someday and we look back on it and realize that we made it though..Kinda like how things seem so spooky and lonesome at night but each new dawn bring forth a better looking day..:)
Stomp out those mullygrubs , think of something positive and place a smile on your face for the world to see.. Sometimes easier said than done I know ...
hugs and blessings and skinny wishes going your way
