Yep and while I was off it I painted it   



Got my walking in already and ready for what ever my day may bring ! Are you exercising Yet ?  I say  " Get Er Done " Hope you all have a good day !!

How pretty it is too!!!!  I need my extra b'room painted.  Ummmm wanna come on over and help LOL.  Seriously...that is beautiful.   I love ya!!!

Can you believe my neighbor was going to tra**** ? It had a fungus LOL growing on it and I sanded for 2 days and then painted it I have Five dollars in it !!  Yeah when you get ready to paint holla We will have a paint party Ha!

Carmen she is coming to my house first. If  Vicky keeps getting requested to help paint we will need to start a sign up sheet.  She done a great job on the chair. 

I am getting that sheet made up now LOL.  She is certainly talented.

I am going to try to walk today. My sciatica nerve (or however you spell it) has decided to really cause me a lot of pain today. It started this morning when I got up. I don't know what's going on unless it's all those cement blocks I helped Leo pick up Saturday. They must have weighed 30 pounds each. And then I tried to pick up an 80 lb. bag of cement. In my younger days....wait - those days are gone, aren't they?? Sometimes I forget that I'm pushing 60 and I have osteoporosis and arthritis and tendinitus and cellulitus and all of those itus things. Hmm, what was I saying??? Oh yeah - add a touch of alzheimer's in there too. I really do fear that down the road. I'm seeing signs of it in my mom and it's so frightening.

I'm babbling, huh?? Sheesh, I better get back to work.

Well, I got my walking in this morning (but it seems to have gotten tougher this last couple of days).  Also had my protein shake for breakfast and I am working on 16 Oz of water.  hey your rocker is beautiful.  The only thing that I con think of that would have made it look better is if it were
