I"M SO DEPRESSED
My goodness, Elle!! Be happy for her...she has her whole life ahead of her and you should be very proud of her.
You are the only one who can make yourself happy....you just can't depend on others to do it for you! If I have learned nothing else in this past year, THAT is the #1 lesson! While it's a little sad when they grow up, it's not a life ending experience. She will always be your baby but she is a wonderful young woman. Embrace her and her life journey as she spreads her wings!!
Congratulations to her and you & Kyle too.

I'll chime in as well and tell you I agree with Pam and Jackie and Ms. Mary. It's ok to cry a little but it's more a time of being proud and letting go. Gracious, those girls are moving into womanhood and it's time for them to spread their wings and fly.
I know that when my daughter graduated I cried. I cried because my husband wasn't there to share it with us. I cried because I knew it wouldn't be long until I was completely alone. I cried because I was thinking only of me. When I stopped to think about my baby and how she was growing up - the tears dried up and I realized we were both passing from one phase to another.
You'll be ok and there's nothing wrong with you. You have so many blessings.
Love,
DebbieDoo

Oh child if you only knew. You and Kyle are entering a stage of your life that is wonderful. When you first get married before the babies come is a wonderful time of discovery for a couple. Now when the babies grow up and leave home we will suffer from empty nest syndrom for a short period of time. Then comes the good part we rediscover each other as a couple. But we are so much older and hopefully wiser at this stage of our marriage. We already know our partners likes and dislikes and are a lot more comfortable in our own skin as well. So what I'm trying to tell you it's alright to cry but don't obcess on it. Now is a perfect time to become a wife again. You have been a Mother for so many years it's how you define yourself. Now it's time to going back to being a wife. Most of the time there is more money to spend on yourself as a couple so you can eat out more often. So datenights. There is also more time to spend as a couple. You can spend time with each other and basicly just fall in love again with the man you married. Now get out your sexy nighties, your best perfumes, and your old copy of THE JOY OF SEX and let the good times begin. Love You. Miss Mary
Loretta...God has blessed you with two healthy beautiful young ladies and a beautiful, healthy grandson. You have recently bought a new home and things for that home. You have received blessings from God that many people never fathom. Just take in all the good things that God has done for you and there is no way you can be depressed. Jill is about to begin a great new life and so should you. I have to agree with Miss Mary. The little amount of time that John and I get to spend together is treasured by us both. Just give all that energy to Kyle and see what happens. It is great!!!! Love ya!!
They just grow up so fast. Brooks is having 6th grade graduation tomorrow. My daughter Ashley turned 21 on March 1 and has 1 more year at Faulkner. We have 3 houses he can pick from to live in when he turns 18. He says this is home. So im praying for you. Love ya
