I'm about to walk out the door from work aand just got a chance to get online so I thought I would answer this before I leave. Thanks for doing it.
B - Nothing I had to go to the dentist at 7:30 a.m.
L- 1/2 country fried pork chop
1/4 cup field peas and snaps/seasoned with hickory
smoked salt (no fat but tastes like bacon) yum!!
Great Value Black cherry non fat yogurt
2 16 oz cups decaf hot/warmish LOL tea
D - DH and DS cooking smother chicken breasts in country
gravy, rice, green beans and cheese biscuits (I don't
do more than a tablespoon of rice and will try a bite of
biscuit.
They've actually cooked two nights in a row. Just gotta get them broiling instead of frying and smothering in gravy.

S - Oh yeah chocolate protein bar
L - Shrimp and cheese enchilada (mostly just the filling)
S - a very slim slice of cake (not good, I know but I had a bad day!!! )
D - Pizza tops (30 grams of protein for 1/6th of a pizza) - gotta tell you about these pizzas. They are Home Run brand (2 for about $10) from Costco. It's a meat pizza and it is soooo good. My hubby says he'd rather have one of these than order one!
