Good afternoon--check out what happened on my walk
A young lady passed me about four times today--jogging past me on her 5 mile run as I sort of ambled along on my 1/2 mile walk. it would have been easy to be jealous of her fine physique and blond good looks--but instead I just choose to smile and enjoy the view. Men have the capacity to overcome such trivial feelings as jealously--right guys SMILE.

I really enjoy it when those young men with muscles jog past me. They don't even have to speak - just let me look!!! Of course Leo would surpass them all in looks, muscles, charm, yada yada. HeHe!! Actually I never look at the men that pass me by. Now, I have a bridge in Lousianna.........Ha! Ha!

i RECENTLY BECAME ONE OF THOSE WANNA BE JOGGERS LOL
i started out or am starting with the walk run method but hope to make it to the 5 miles is nothing :) some day .
I have been doing it for almost 2 weeks just to change up my exercise and love it :)
I had to go buy specail running shoes of course as I dont want to injure this body LOL butttttttttttttttt it is happening and i do it for 30 min each day.
I have been doing areobics everyday but needed something different
Good Luck with your walks and someday you too might decide you want to be a jogger
