chicken Parmesian recipe (RANDALL)

Boneless Chicken Tenders
1 jar Ragu no sugar added spaghetti sauce
3 cheese blend in shaker which has the Parmesian cheese in it along with 2 other cheeses.
2% mozerella cheese  in the bag that is shredded

Salt and pepper poultry season the chicken tender, sprinkle with some of the 3 cheese blend and marinate these for an hour or two or as long as you like

Take a large skillet with olive oil( just enough to keep the tenders fromn burning ,you can add more as they cook if you need top )  and get the skillet hot
put the tenders in and coo****il brown
add in the jar of Ragu and about 1/2 cup water or so DONT MAKE IT SOUPY 
cover with a lid and simmer at a low heat about 15 min
sprinkle in a little more of the 3 cheese blend ..Cover with the lid until ready to eat
Sprinkle the bagged cheese on yoru serving when you put on your plate hot so it will melt into the chicken
I make this with fresh steamed brocalli as my side dish .
IS so filling and yummy and very low carb as well.
