What DId You Eat Today??
Happy Mother's Day to all you Moms out there!
I've had a very good day today; eating and otherwise. My mom and I went shopping today. I have to buy some comfy 'don't-touch-me' dresses to wear to work after my surgery. The busier I am the less I eat.
B: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon
S: SF vanilla iced coffee
L: Most of one chicken finger from publix and three of my mom's green beans
S: Publix brand berry crumb cake lite yogurt w/ Kashi Crunch mixed in
D: Another chicken finger from Publix
S: 1/2 c. sherbert /w granola mixed in
Since my last band adjustments I rarely can fit my veggies so I mostly rely on my daily vitamin for those nutrients.

I also had some sf applesauce mid morning.
For lunch Teddy cooked. He made Country fried Steak (I cant eat gravy so he left gravy off mine) I ate only 1/4 of it; Milo got the rest :)
Green beans and 1 teaspoon of rice (I don't do rice well). We also had cornbread but I didn't eat any.
After a trip to urgent care; we went to Walmart got my prescriptions and Teddy got some Cheese Brats and regular hot dogs for the kids. So I had 1/2 cheese Brat for dinner. I will probably eat more later but the meds make me not so hungry and a week stomach.
I can't eat regular weiners for some reason so I always get Brats instead.

Rice is no longer my friend either! Funny thing is if I cook it here at home I can eat about a tsp but if I have it out anywhere it is a NO GO no matter how little of it I try. I've learned to stay away from it.
