I wont be on anymore tonight. So i hope everyone has a great weekend. I may get a chance to check in tomorrow sometime.

I hope someone fills in for me on Saturday and Sunday! I'll be back Monday :) 

What'd you eat today?

b-protein shake
l-rotisserie chicken w/ white sauce
s-havent had one yet, i'll be having cottage cheese and fruit at 330 probably im starting to feel it.
d-bbq'd chicken from BBPerrins w/ steamed veggies

L - Salmon Salad W/ 3 crackers & 1/2 Bananna
 
Unsweet Tea 30 min after Lunch

Sn --  2 Strawberries

Supper-  having Smoked Blackened Fish ,Steamed Whole Green Beans, with a garden Salad. rolls for DH .

Smoked blackened Fish. Honey, can't you just say burnt fish and be done with it. Don't tell me you have started to cook like me. The way I cook a roast is I take a three pound roast and a five pound roast and put in the oven at the same time. When the smoke alarm goes off telling me the three pound roast is burnt. That means the five pound roast is done. do you need me to start a cooking hint line so you can learn how to cook like me. I could tell you the best tools for taking the black off toast. Or how to clean the pan I cooked meat loaf in(I forgot it and it cooked several hours) I've got all kinds of hints to make the cronic food burners life easier. Let me know if I can help. B-- Had my cheese block wrapped in bacon
L-- Taco Salad from Taco Bell
S-- Animal Crackers
D-- Have no clue just yet.. but fish does sound purdie darn good.... for a change..

B - Piece of toast
L - A few bites of a Chimichanga with cheese sauce
Sn - Cup of water and 1/2 nanner
S - Not sure yet but it will be eaten out and not at home. I don't cook on Friday's - or Saturday or Sunday Or Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday. Now before you go getting all jealous or mad....Leo works nights so I don't have to cook. When he's home we're usually rushing around trying to get ready to head to the camper so we grab a sandwich or stop and get a meal somewhere. It's really cheaper for us to eat out. I promise!! And it's not that often. I'm just now getting any kind of appetite back so I just eat off his plate.

It has not been a good eating day for me. I have been very busy.

B: coffee

S: none

L: none

S: finally, lunch. I was wondering around 1p why I had such a headache, then I realized I had not eaten anything all day. I had two small chicken strips and about 5 fries. Not a good choice I know but I was on the road and it was all I could get to at the time.

4p: a few roasted pecans

Have no idea if I will get supper being that I am leaving work in about 5 minutes and going across the street to my second job to wor****il 11p.

I think that I did okay today.

B- pecans again and 2 peanut butter crackers

L- 3 chicken nuggest from chik fil a

S- 2 peanut butter crackers

D- will be fish and little bit of grits
probaly snack on some more pecans before bed.

B: coffee then later on had lite yoplait w/ granola. (the yogurt was cinimmon roll flavor...OMG!) 

S: protein bar

L: baked potato

S: just a few peanuts

D: taco salad - ate some of the salad and only one bite of the shell. (we took my Mom out for Mexican food tonight) 

S: a litte bit of chick fil a ice cream - we all rode around and looked at houses after dinner then took her for ice cream.
