I am excited, I have been walking a route twice a day.  It takes me 20 minutes and I just found out the route is 1/2 miles.

I took a nice walk in our beautiful neighborhood this afternoon with my handsome grandson.  We walked a nice long walk, then we came back home and he rode his new tricycle.  He's just  about to get the hang of pedaling himself.  It's the perfect size for him.  I got it at WM yesterday for 1/2 price.

Hi Gary!! It's great to see a pic up there. You're going to be seeing some big changes at the rate you're going. Please keep up the walking. I do believe that is what really helps me as much as the water and protein. I try to walk at least once every week day. I give myself a break on the weekends but usually end up doing a lot of manual labor. My hubby beleives in not being idle!!!

I hope your wife had a great Mother's Day. My was one I'll never forget. So many things happened and not all were good but hey we like a little spice in our lives, don't we??

Blessings,

I'm a bit late, but yes, I did my walking this weekend.  My little daschund LOVES to walk - our nightly route ithe the nieghborhood is almost  2 miles.  Saturday night, I added the cul-de-sacs to it and made it a bit longer.  Both Yogi & I were worn out when we finished, lol.  Last night, we had to cut it short b/c of the rain, but since January, we've been diligent to get something in every day.
