My name is Charlotte and I'm from NorthWest Alabama, I had gastric bypass little over a year ago as of March 5th, 2008.. I've only lost about 81+ pounds, but it's my own fault for being such a slow looser.. I don't walk, don't drink water.. and have learned that I can eat just about anything I want even though I really try to stay away from the bad things... such as carbs...

It's so glad to meet you on this forum... Hope you stay in touch with us and to update  your progress since your surgery...

Hey Charlotte!  Thanks for the Welcome :)  I dont' always do what I'm supposed to either, drinking my water is def the hardest thing, but I try!

Congrats Debbie!  Its the best decision I ever made for myself and I hope you'll feel that way too!
