Introduction

Hey all,

I'm Rachel, I live just a bit north of Montgomery and I haven't really been on this board but I thought I should start frequenting it!  Anyway I had RNY about 11 months ago and I've just been doing my thing and trying to do it right.  I don't really know of any support groups around here and I had my surgery up in Anniston and driving there on a regular basis is kind of out of the question.  So anyway, hey!

HEY! Im Hilary, I had my RNY Nov. 2005. I lost 115lbs, regained some and now im on the loosing track again! Our tool will always work if we work it :)

Hi Rachel!!!!  It is great to meet you.  I see you had a great surgeon...but I am a bit prejudice toward him.  This is a great bunch of people.  We are so glad you are here. 

OMG yes!  Dr. Freeman and his staff are fabulous!  I love the fact that I can call them with anything and they are always soooo friendly ;)

Welcome Rachel!!! We definitely need a support group in our area. Gail and Randall did such a fantastic job when we had one going but I guess everyone did like I did and just kind of starting letting it slip by without attending. I had my surgery back in 2002. I lost well over 100 pounds and then gained 50 or more back. I'm proud to say that I am almost back to onederland again. That will be a great accomplishment for me!!
