Im a little down on myself, i didnt do bad today, but lunch was a little much. I really really have to watch portion sizes because i have no restriction at all. I wish that i did, but i dont. Ugh.

B-Chocolate Protein Shake
L-about 3/4 of a taco salad from taco bell, minus the shell..and next time i'll say minus rice, i didnt realize it has rice on it.
5 or so grapes
I also had a few drinks of diet pepsi, im trying hard to cut these out and its been over 2 weeks since ive had one. It was habit to get a small one with my meal i guess? i dont know.
S-10 grapes
D- Protein Shake--im determined to drink one, because of the lunch thing. ugh.

Hi there Hilary.  So far today -

B - sausage burrito
S - 6 almonds
L - 1/2 cheeseburger from Jack's
S - protein bar
D - we are suppose to have hamburgers so I will have a patty and some salad.
S - probably a protein shake.

Good job ! i got some pure protein bars to try, but i havent brought myself up to try them yet. maybe tonight?

Oh I love them.  They are so good.  Of course...I have acquired a taste and love protein now.

B- a package of fruit snacks
L- 1/2 a crossoint turkey sandwich and 2 peanut butter cookies
S- 2 pickled egss
Don't plan on eating dinner.  I'm still full from those eggs.

you didnt do BAD. I want a chicken salad on croissant so bad. I may have one next week. well half of one. we'll see. this little deli up the street makes the best looking one. ive never had it, but i keep hearing how good it is.

Ugh Its just occured to me its nearly 6 and all I have had today is one Lemon cookie.
I gotta do better tonight for dinner its
Meatloaf
Mashed potatos
green beans
and some other side for the hubby who knows.


I will def also get in a protein shake today to help catch me up.

Wow, i wish i just forgot to eat. I love meatloaf :) Sounds like a good dinner to me.

I am doing great thank you for asking! I am heading back to work Monday, although I am far from healed. My incision is still draining and open which my Dr claims my body is taking a long time to heal because he had to remove sooo much tissue from that area.  (10lbs!)  He may have to numb me and re sew me in 2 places next week or so he says if I dont make some progress, but really I feel great! I think I am going to be soo pleased with the results once all of this is over!

Glad your feeling so good! Im researching plastics now. I wish i could have them yesterday haha.

Do you have pics you'd be willing to share? I understand completely if you dont.
