Well, I am heading to boot camp starting tomorrow.  Not full time military boot camp but one that lasts for a month and is similar with exercise.  Basically, it is an intense daily workout for the next few weeks.  I will work one on one with a trainer then with a group.
Kinda a Biggest Loser's challenge group.

I hope this will help me knock of the remaining weight and give me a new perspective on my exercise program and overall wellness and fitness goals.

So, if I don't see ya for a while, have a great May!!!

I am having to institute an exercise program for my dog...she walked five blocks with me and has nearly had a heart attack.   I think we are going to have to walk more.  I have to walk a little from the parking deck to my office...about a mile walk one way...so I am in better shape than the dog.  She is laying in the hallway trying to recover now.  She is in a sad state....but she will get better if we keep working at it.

WOW!!
Congrats and Good Luck my friend.
I need a boot camp.
One that begins at sunrise at the beach! Seriously they do one in the fall.
A Gym here. I am going to have to save but maybe Dave will put it in the budget! :-)
