Randall's Cappuccino Cake Recipe
Randall's Cappuccino Cake
3 cups of sifted self rising flour
6 eggs
2 cups of Splenda
1 cup of S/F Cappuccino mix. I use International Coffee's Sugar Free flavor any kind will do
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
1 cup of oil
1 cup of 2% milk
2 bars unsweetened Chocolate for baking
Preheat oven to *350. Melt cream cheese and chocolate in the microwave for about a minute. Mix all ingredients WELL with mixer. Spray bundt pan LIBERALLY AFTER mixing the ingredients. Pour batter in pan just after you spray it. DO NOT spray the pan until right before you pour the batter in. I don't why, but if you do, it sticks to the pan. Bake for 65 minutes. LET IT COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE TURNING OUT. After you turn it out onto a plate, flip it over onto cake plate so the top is up. Eat and enjoy.
I can say this is a "Randall" original because I use cream cheese, sour cream and the f/f cappuccino mix. Yep, I'm boasting on this one. I have modified it each time and this is the BEST way to make it. Let me know what you think.
