Sorry i always post this so early, but its my last break before i go home for the day. I dont get on the computer at home anymore.

Anywho, what'd yall have good to eat today? Ive wanted to eat all day, but since im trying really hard to stop the grazing process, this is what i had

PreB; half protein shake, wasnt feeling it this morning
B-3/4 Jimmy Dean Sausage and cheese omelette.
S-5-6 pita chips with a tbsp of black olive hummus
L-1/2 chef salad. i ate mostly the meat, cheese, egg and black olives, tomatos with a little lettuce. Publix sales a smaller version than any ive ever found, so i picked it up!
S- i plan on having cottage cheese and peaches around 330ish maybe
D- 1/2 pork chop, 1tbsp mashed taters, 1tbsp of pintos 2 bites of okra! It was SO good, i went to pick up Jayden and my aunt made me eat since she had cooked!

Hope everyone hasnt worked too hard. Im extremely ready for 5pm. I cant wait to go tan and find a mothers day dress...

Didn't do much better:

B - PB crackers
S - none (yay)
L - insides of a beef burrito supreme
S - Oh Yeah Bar
S - one string cheese (had to make up for missing the a.m. snack right??)
D - Not sure yet.  Going out to eat for our 15th wedding anniv.

About that low-carb fudge:
2 8 oz blocks reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup splenda
dash salt
3 1 oz blocks unsweetened bakers chocolate, melted in microwave (careful not to burn)
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar free chocolate syrup (the kind for coffee-I use davinci)
1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Cream the splenda and cream cheese together. Blend in the melted chocolate, salt vanilla and chocolate syrup.  Fold in nuts.  Put in foil lined and buttered 9" round or square pan. Cover and refridgerate at least 4 hours.  Cut in squares.

That fudge sounds devine! I will have to get mom to make me some, as i have no luck with fudge of any kind.

You might not have done much better, but you didnt do BAD. So be thankful

Congrats on 15 years :)

Well, probably the difference in this fudge and other fudge you've tried is that this doesn't have to be cooked.  My 23 year old daughter can make this blind folded.  I hope you DO try it and like it!  We make a pan every week or so.  We call it "crack" at my house.  :-)

I love subs. Last year, i'd eat them, but then i'd feel sick afterwards. I ate maybe 3 total last year, but sometimes i just crave them. I wish i could be good and just eat the insides, but its not the same lol

Havea  great day :)
