I NEED MY BAMA FAMILY AND YOUR PRAYERS!

One thing I know without a doubt and that's God is on our side and that leaves the devil out in the rain. The doctor told you what he found but who's report are we going to believe? I'm going to believe with you and Lucy and all of our Bama Board that the heart cath will not bring bad news but will cause that doctor to scratch his head. Hang in there and when you get tired of hanging, let go and God will catch you.

I didn't see this until now.  I am praying NOW and will continue to pray and stand with you and the rest of the prayer warriors on your behalf for total healing!!  May our Lord give you peace so that you can sleep tonight both you and your beautiful wife.  May he give you peace and calm in KNOWING that HE is the perfect healer and HE IS taking care of this.

I agree with the others.  Don't beat yourself up over the weight gain.  You can get back on track.  Changes, even good ones are considered stressful and what do we tend to do when we are stressed.  We eat...to celebrate or to soothe.  This scare will get that back in line...I'm sure it already has!  

I had gained over 50lbs and have now started to drop and have lost 20lbs so it can and will happen.  The same thing happened with my cholesterol and triglycerides.  Medication caused the triclycerides, but what I was eating and lack of exericse along with family history and weight gain caused the cholesterol.  I am on Zocor for that and it has come down to below what the doctor wants it to be and hopefully when I go back in June it will be lower due to the weight loss and I will be able to come back off the meds.

You are human and God knows this.  This is a wakeup call and you are WIDE AWAKE...now God has taken over and is listening to yours and all of the people who loves you's prayers and HE is taking care of it!!
