Thursday Coffee Talk

Good Thursday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine!  Today is going to be THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!  I can just feel it.  It is time to spray them pits and eat your grits.  Gotta get up and get the day going!

Our challenge for today is to hit the floor running.  Don't let anything slow you down today.  We've been over weight and had pounds that slowed us down.  Either we have already had surgery or about to have surgery and we are going to not let our weight slow us down any longer.  If you have regained, get up and get to losing.  Get back on track with me!  If you are at a stall, get up and get back to the basics.  Drink more water, take your vitamins.  If you are thinking about having Weight Loss Surgery, then you have come to the right website.  Obesityhelp.com is HERE FOR YOU!!  This website will help you stay focused if you USE THIS SITE FOR THE RIGHT REASONS!  Do your research.  Seek out those that will support you.  Get someone to help you hold yourself accountable.  Lets do this thang!  Hit the ground running today knowing you WILL NOT FAIL!!

So!  Who's up with me this morning?  What cha sippin' on?  I'm enjoying some awesome Blueberry Coffee from our Aunt Mary today.  I love this stuff and she has me HOOKED on it!  LOL  Thanks Aunt Mary.

I am not a coffee drinker, but all these blends you guys keep coming up with...well, it is making me want to change my position on that early morning drink.....ahhhh and just when I was thinking I had overcome the caffine monster... 
I hope you and everyone else who posts here this morning has a beautiful day as well.  I am a nightshifter, so I will be sleeping this sweet spring day away!!  Keeping you in my prayers!

Thanks and good morning my friend!  I use to be a night shifter when I was in nursing school and I loved working nights.  Didn't bother me one bit.  Just have to get into the swing of things.  My wife however, is NOT a nightshifter.  She has already told me that.  I'm glad too.  

These flavors are ENDLESS!!  LOL  There are some awesome flavors like chocolate macedamia nut, vanilla coconut, and my mind is already reeling with just two listed!  LOL

Good morning  Randy.  I am up but haven't had coffee yet.  Oh by the way, this is MImi on Pap's sign in.  Guess you figured that one out  :=]  Sleeping beauty is still in the bed so I probably will go back to join him.  I don't smell any coffee brewing and I don't hear anyone else up.  We will be leaving our dear friends here in San Antonio today to head to my cousin Ray's.  This trip is about visiting precious people so there isn't much of touristy stuff.  I just wanted to say good morning and we'll talk later.

Good morning Mimi!  You're so RIGHT!  IN GOD WE TRUST!  In Him I have my faith and put my trust.  I'm going to be FINE!  We sure miss you guys but I know you are enjoying your visit.  I've been trying to get Allison "OUR" sleeping beauty out of bed and she's getting harder to get up.  LOL  Seems like I remember myself getting harder to wake up the closer it got to Summer vacation.  Y'all have a great day and be careful.  You're both in our prayers.  MISS YOU GUYS!!
