Whatcha Eating Today?
I dont know about you guys, but i really like this tread. First and foremost it holds me accountable. So therefore Im going to try and post when i have time, which isnt much here lately.
I will try to start it before i leave work at 5 each day, unless Elle post first, and i super hope she does. I jus will fill in when she doesnt.
So.. what did YOU eat today?
B: Insides of McD's sausage burrito. ( i remember eating this when i was first release on real food, and i loved it with the hot sauce...well i havent had one in 2 years probably and it was SO good..and for a dollar.. cheap!!!)
L: spaghetti sauce w/ lots of meat and a few whole wheat noodles. it was WAY more sauce than noodles. so i wouldnt classify it as spaghetti haha.
S: unfortunately i didnt have the cottage cheese i had 1 mini powdered donut. Jayden brought a pack for me, i ate one and then let him have them.
D: its up in the air. Its either more of the spaghetti or a hamburger minus the bun from some fast food place.
So what are you eating today? Lets get together, i know it'll either help hold us accountable, or give each other new ideas for meals!!!
Edited to change snack after lunch!
Have a great night :)

Hi! I need to start doing this too, so I can recognize what is (or isn't working) for me. I started using Daily Plate again today, and I'll also try to post on here when I can.
B: 1/3 of a SB peanut butter cereal bar (3g protein)
S: 10 Orville Reddenbacher cheddar min smart cakes (2g)
L: 2 ounces teriyaki jerky (28g)
S: ?
D: probably a Sam's Choice stuffed chicken breast - yummy and lots of protein to boot. The Swiss and Mushroom has 34 grams & the Pepper-jack and Bacon one has 37 grams. These are one sure way to make sure I get all of mine in.

Hey, Hilary. Yes, the Sam's Choice stuffed chicken breast are great. I get them at WM in the center cooler. They are $4.98 for a pack of two.
They have several varieties. The Swiss mushroom & the Pepper-jack Bacon ones are my favorite. They have one with artichokes which is okay and another with Cranberries and oranges that I did not enjoy at all. <~~ It figures that these are on sale many times for $3. LOL
Anyway, I just pop them in a foil lined pie tin and throw them in the oven for 30-35 minutes. I let them rest 5 minutes or so, so the cheese doesn't all spill out and they are not dry at all. I can eat 1/2 to 3/4 most times.
i found out about these from the "Whatcha eating every one" (I think that's the name of it) thread on the MB.

Hey Hilary,
B- Breyer's light Strawberry yogurt ...ate a banana on the way to work
S-2 thin slices blueberry cobler bread
L-baked potato from Wendy's and 1/3 of a small chili
S-1pkg Nukot crackers on the way home
D- will be grilled cheese and a few Doritos or Sun Chips
Not the greatest day, but not real bad, either!
