Can you help me
Cathy
I agree with Louise find a good support group. Know your NOT alone.
I had to have steriod shots and have put on extra pounds. Also I have started eating bread and although it's full of fruits and nuts and has helped me with colon issues I need to find something else. Carbs are not something I need to get back into.
I don't eat and drink at the same time; and I know my support group is always there for me.
Get back to see your doctor. And find a curves; or just start walking around your neighborhood.
I am praying for you!

I can do some type of bread; not plain bread it has to be toasted.
And I do some speciality bread that has nuts and fruits and grains in it; I started it because it helped my colon issues; and now it has become habit;
I stopped it but now I have colon issues again. I need to find the right amount of grain; cranberrys and nuts maybe in a sf bar or something or trail mix to help with my colon issues.
I certainly cannot continue to drink this crap medication the rest of my life. I am 37 and drinking 15 ml of this medication they put me on is awefully dreadful.
And then I got a form of staph because I had a pain block; I got cellutis; so they started steriod injections for 6 weeks. Well.. these past 6 weeks have been dreadful to say the least.
These 6 weeks alone I have put on at least 2-3lbs per week. So I stopped the injections.
And I am thinking of stopping all the injections as the side effects and the thought of any type of staph or cellutis again is not worth the risk to me.
I walk and I swim. But lately I haven't been. I got into learning as much as I could on my job and not so much enjoying the beach and outside these past 3 months. The weather is nice; the beach is beautiful so I am going to get back out there and enjoying walking it.
I would get up early every single day and go walk it; Get the kids on the bus and just go.
Now I go to work early in the mornings; but I am thinking I can rearrange a few things and watch either a sunrise or a sunset walk. It is also the best prayer time for me. I am alone; few others out walking... but I tell you I see the beauty in every thing Christ created for us. And I think how he has blessed me. Those conversations can go on and before I know it I've walked 3 or 4 miles!
My doctor says sand is great to walk in too - great exercise.
Wish you lived closer. I know where Clanton is..Peach country!? Right?
Maybe spring time the flowers in bloom; a nice walk and a good talk will be just the cure for both of us!
I am here for you anytime!
