Just had to share this with all of you. It is WONDEFUL!!

3 TB Cornstarch
5 packets of Splenda
1 c water
1 box SF Strawberry Jello
1 pint fresh strawberries, washed & sliced
1 Pie Crust, cooked and cooled
1 container Lite Coolwhip

In small sauce pan, heat cornstarch, splenda and water until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in box of dry jello. Let cool ( I put in frig while I capped and sliced the strawberries). While mixture is cooling, cap & slice berries. When mixture is cooled, fold in strawberries and pour into pie crust. Top with 1/2 container of coolwhip. Cover and place in frig for at least 1 hour prior to servign.

This pie is delicious! It taste so wonderfully good and no one will ever guess it doesn't have sugar in it! Hope you enjoy it!

Hi Phyllis!!!  My son and DIL is going to have a birthday pie instead of a birthday cake!!  I used to make this pie all the time but used sugar and regular jello.  I never thought about making it sugar free.  Thanks for posting.
