He is our Shepard.  One of the best books I have ever read is entitled "A Shepard's Look at the 23rd Psalm" by Phillip Keller.  If you ever find it, pick it up.  It is an awesome read and explains this chapter so well. 

Good morning my friend!  I'm so glad that I have THIS Shepard you are talking about.  I have experienced in my life, every part of this chapter in Palm 23.  Our God is an awesome God.  I will fear NO evil because God is with me every step I take!  Surely GOODNESS and MERCY will follow EVERY ONE of his flock!

I have been getting 6 weeks of steriod shots and cranberry walnut bread. I have gained and I am going drastic. I am going to stop all the pain injecions and steriods. PERIOD. Then I am stoppping carbs, diet drinks (Thanks Carmen via JuJu) and going back to coffee. I can splurg on coffee and I am going to start walking the dogs more after Miley has these pups. And I hope Stefanie brings the kids; Kristi brings Thor and Sandi brings Annabelle and we hit the pool. Laps are great fun exercise.
Pray for me..5 day pouch test here I come! Goodbye sliders!
