Another Update! Good and Bad!
BAD NEWS
Ok so today we went to court over the stupid neighbors dog and I have to pay $1500 to him for vet bills and price of the dog...ARGH!!!!!! I'm so mad that I now have another one of my wonderful headaches.
GOODNEWS
I spoke to the lady regarding the laundrymat and properties. We have decided to take only 1 apartment and stay in it a few nights a week to keep and eye one things, but NOT LIVE THERE. After all we do own our property and trailer here. And I have decided to accept her offer as property manager and to help her keep the laundry mat running. We will start within the next 2 weeks and hopefully be opened within the month!
