Prayer Request

I know I don't post very often any more but I do read daily and pray for everyone here, I communicate mostly on Facebook it just seems easier there. Anyway I have a major prayer request and who else would I go to but the Bama Board? It is also on our church prayer chain but more can only help right?
My heart is breaking....my step-dad has been my dad since i was 10, he is my mom's rock along with our whole family. The past few months he has had memory probs and been receiving various test. Yesterday he couldn't speak and returned to the doc after more tests he was told he has a tumor in his brain. He returns to SAMC this morning for more testing to see if there are more tumors and to biopsy them. We don't know what other kind of treatment will be required but can you please pray for him and for my mom who is trying to be so strong when she is basically falling apart and also pray for me and my brothers and step-sisters as we deal with this. I know my God can handle this but its hard to just give it all over to him. Thanks to each and every person *****ads this and stops to say a prayer!

GOD is in the miracle business!!
My MawMaw is home now after her cranial brain bleed that caused 3 blood clots and almost 90 staples. Her hair is starting to grow back. But she can walk now with a walker and she can speak!!
GOD has been ever present. The doctors gave her a slim chance but GOD always has bigger plans!
Let me know if I can do anything. I am a phone call or message away.

Thanks so much Julie! I believe in miracles and I know we jump to the worst case first I guess thats just human nature but he has never been sick and he is 81 years old. He is stubborn about doctors I just pray he doesn't give them a hard time and he fights!  I'm just overwhelmed right now and I need to be strong for my family, I need strength!

I'm so sorry to hear about your step-DAD. Your entire family will be in my prayers. It's difficult to see our parents get older and have ailments, especially when they are serious.
