Ulg...when will I ever learn???

That homemade chocolate fudge brownie did NOT agree with me this afternoon.  I made a fresh batch last night for my DH and he was thrilled.  Why,oh why couldn't I stay away from them?  I was so sick to my tummy this afternoon. :(  I'm such a nimwit......

I did it yesterday with a piece of homemade lemon pie.  I was only going to have a bite or two and ate the whole piece.  MAJOR dumping!!!  Blargh!

You know I have not the surgery but I can say this from pure experience, some times I learn best by the hard way!  I told my dad one day, I just can't learn these lessons the normal way, I have to learn it the hard headed way.  LOL.  This was a lesson next time don't eat the brownie no matter how great they smell and look.  I hope you feel better soon!  Hugs!

Oh heck, I'll eat another one from the next batch I make, but it won't be anytime soon. LOL  You just never know when and "IF" it  or "WHAT" will make you dump..  Some days it will, some days it won't and there's never any rhyme or  reason to it either.  It's  just called grouchy pouchy!  LOL

Dr. Stahl told me that from time to time we ALL will "test" our pouch.  He was SO right!!!  I do it over and over and the result is always the same - yes, I DID have the surgery, and NO I CANNOT eat that anymore!!!!
