What are you doing on this beautiful Friday?

What are you guys doing today? I have just woke up from my 2nd nap of the day ( I know lifes hard) and am thinking about actually getting dressed for the first time in a week and maybe even leaving the house today! I am still stuck with these gross drains but the nurse says maybe Monday they can come out Yay! That alone will get me through the weekend. I am trying hard to sip sip sip and walk walk walk but its hard to do when you can quite stand straight yet! But Im getting there and I think I am going to be amazed by the results when the swelling goes down and I am "normal" again! Keep your prayers going for me as Im healing and I will keep you updated on my progress!

Good morning Cristy!!!!  So glad that you are doing so well.  I have to leave work in about 30 minutes to go have my hair done and then going to the bosses wedding tonight.  I am not looking forward to it because they are having the party of the year afterward and I am just not a partier LOL.  Oh well...I guess I will watch them get married and come on home.  You have a great weekend.  Please keep us updated on your progress.

Hey Christy. I am so glad that you are doing so well.  I hear those drains are the pits. You be good and keep on resting and take it easy. I am just heading out the door to meet a friend for lunch. I am going to  Books a Million to look for a new book and then over to the mall to look for a top to wear with a skirt. Not like I need another top or skirt. Have a good day and get out of the house for a while it will do you good.

Thinking of you Girly Glad your doing better!!

Well, I anticipated having a nice, relaxing, lounging around sorta day, but I got out in the yard and have worked my fanny off trimming hedges and vines off the fence.  I mean, I have literally been doing it ALL DAY! I just came in for a rest and realized how late it actually is and I haven't eaten a thing all day.  Duh.......I'm so stupid. I'm itching all over from all those shrubs, so I'm about to jump in the shower and wash off a bit.  I will be spending the day tomorrow with our little Christian man, while Holly and Beau work the A-Day game.  Jill and her fiancee' are going to be going to the game.  Kyle will be painting, but not at home tomorrow.  Think I'm gonna take the little one to the park again tomorrow for some fun in the sun.

Slept late...stayed home from work yesterday and today.  Been sick with a cold virus since Tuesday.  Feeling better today, but still not up to par.

Glad you're feeling better...those drains do sound gross.  Do they hurt?  I hope you got a chance to got out and get some sunshine.  You're still in my prayers and I know you're going to look HOT when the swelling goes down.

You poor thing, having to take two naps in one day...GEEZ !  LOL
I'm so glad to see you posting and that you're doing well. I'm still waiting on insurance approval, will probably be waiting at least three more weeks. I am NOT looking forward to the drains or walking like a 100 year old woman but like you said I AM looking forward to being normal and being able to fit into clothes that actually fit my body. Pray that those drains come out Monday and you will have to tell me if it hurts when they pull them out. I'm not a skeerdy cat but OH MY that does not sound fun at all!
