I got a new job on the base here. It is in a secure building and I have to fill out paperwork for a security clearance. That is not a problem in itself. The problem is listing 7 people besides family that have known me well for over 7 years. Can't be my immeadiate neighbors either, as they are listed elsewhere.

I just don't  hang out with anyone that regularly. My family has been my life. AACKK!! My best friend from high school passed years ago..what to do?

ETA: I am not asking anyone to lie for me. I am just venting my frustration here.

Oh do I ever know how you feel.  You know we are military, we move around so much we never really keep in touch with each other.  I will let you I feel like I know you very well and I feel like we have known each other for ever!  I wish I had known you 7 years ago, I coulda use a wonderful friend like you at my wedding.
