Good Thursday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. Gotta get up and get going. Today is going to be your best day ever!
Our challenge for today is to support OBESITY HELP! This site is and has been so beneficial and a blessing to all of us. I don't know what I would have done w/o OH. I was so doubtful about weight loss surgery when it was mentioned to me by my friends and my Dr. I had never heard of obesityhelp.com until my Dr. told me to check out the site, get as much information as I could and then let him know. After the first couple of days, I KNEW that WLS WAS FOR ME! This website answered EVERY question I had. I know this site has helped you. I challenge you today to support this site and to spread the word about OH.com!! C'mon! Help us spread the word to any and everyone you know that is even THINKING about WLS. It will help them so much!
So, who's up? What cha sippin' on this morning? Me? I'm LOVING this Blueberry Cobbler coffee from my super nice OBESITY HELP COFFEE MUG! This mug is da bomb!. The coffee though? It is SOOOO good. Thanks again Aunt Mary and OH, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for my Coffee Mug! I love it!

Hope you have a great Christ-filled day. They called John "the beloved" because he used the word beloved more than anyone else in the New Testament. Isn't that remarkable? We should all strive to love like Jesus did and does. My personal challenge today is to love. Its says that they who do not know Christ does not love, but those that are know Christ as running over with love. Hallelujah!! I want to be more like Jesus. But first I have to get off this computer and get a shower! LOL Hope you have a fantabulous day!!

Today is my "FRIDAY"! I have a three day week-end WOOHOO! and I need it!
I am up enjoying a cup of Maxwell House and some ME time! I need to get up and Iron my uniform! I just had to take a minute though and say Hello to a very dear friend! I pray that today you are blessed.

I'm up and sippin' on Folger's...and movin' slow for I didn't get home until LATE last night from LA.Great challenge for today for without OH, I wouldn't have all of my great friends (family) . In addition to all of the information I have learned over the years!
It is a very resourceful site. We are blessed to have such a site.

I'm up quite early considering I don't have to be at work today. I reckon my body wants to keep it's sleep routine, which is probably a good idea. I just can't seem to sleep late anymore since I had my surgery.
Excellent challenge today. I see my surgeon next week and I will have to ask him if he's familiar with OH. He's all about support so I feel certain he's got to be familiar with the site. Posting and reading on OH really helped me get through the six month supervised diet and also through my dreaded insurance denial. It has been a steady source of support plus a source of many new friends. I tell anyone thinking about WLS that they really ought to check OH out. I know they will be glad they did.
I'm sippin' on some Brazillian espresso this morning that my husband made for me. It's great!
