Congrats Jackie!  You looked so good when I saw you at Randall's. I actually thought you weighed less than that (one of the good things about being tall, huh?)  You have done a fabulous job of getting the weight back off and you're an inspiration.  Thanks for sharing.  I'm sure it will help a lot of people.

I am so proud of you Jackie.  I know exactly how you feel.  I've finally made it back to goal myself.  Actually a few pounds lower than my doctor's goal weight, but I'm good.  My PCP said he didn't think I would lost past 160 pounds.  I am at `42 pounds and counting.  YES< we can do this.  OUR TOOLS WILL WORK IF WE WORK THEM.
