Vitamin C Ideas?
Happy Easter All!
I've always loved fruit but now it is one of the hardest things for me to eat. No matter how much I chew before I swallow I always have that heavy stuck feeling for a while before it finally goes down. Sometimes it even come back up.
Anyone found a good fruit juice that is low in sugar? Any ideas otherwise?
Thanks!

I have tried peeled grapes and the inside juicy parts of the orange and all different kinds. I have better luck with strawberries than anything. I slice them and put them in the fridge with some splenda on them. It seems to soften them, but even then it's a 50/50. Unfortunately for me cantelope is about the only type of fruit I dont like, I'll give the honey dew a try though. I had not thought of that one. I appreciate the suggestions!
I take Vit C chewables, was just hoping there was some types fruit drinks that others liked. On the lap band board someone told me about some Ocean Spray 'diet' juice that has very little sugar. I'll have to check that out.
Enjoy your famiy on this beautiful Easter weekend!
