Day one was a huge success!!

God's BEST angel proved to be perfect.  We had no trouble at all in todays travels.  We got off a bit later than we planned but I have such a hard time getting to sleep when I am excited, anxious, worried or anything out of the ordnary.  I may have slept 2 hours last night.   We got here in 9 hours.  Of course you know I can't pass a bathroom!!  We checked in and took the boys to see the parkway.  We then ate at Ryan's and came back to the hotel.  The boy's could not wait to hit that pool.  They swam for about 2 hours and now are all tucked in watching bull riding on TV.
Thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts today.  Remember us for the next few days.  This Mamaw and Papa are getting a little too old for a 6 year old and an 8 year old.

Debbie and Jimmy...I am praying for added strength for you.  I understand exactly where you are coming from.  A friend of ours came over last night and brought her 5 year old, which I love very much, but oh my...she ran circles and circles around this old lady LOL.  You all have a great vacation.  I love ya!!
