Update on Sandi C.

PRAISE GOD!
Thank you all for your prayers!!!
Sandi is going to be fine. I just spoke with Bert and he is in her room awaiting her arrival back from recovery. She should get to come home tommorrow maybe even tonight (he doubts that but we can pray!)
She has been hurting for several days. She wanted to go to Oak Mtn so badly though.
Kristi told me that she went to the room sick and the rest of them went out while Sandi went to bed. Sandi is not a complainer and I knew when she called me last night and told me she had been hurting for 3 days it was serious.
Kristi thought maybe she was dumping on something she had eaten at the Reunion.

It was scar tissue and adhesions from the radiation and surgery. The doctor said that it could also come back. Bert said isn't that lovely.. it may or may not.. and nothing can change that.
Bert said if diet, exercise; or something would help and the doctor said No.

But Praise GOD she is out of surgery and will be back to the old Sandi (stubborn but I love her just the same!) soon enough.

Thank God she is going to be ok. What a shock!! I'm glas she is doing so well. Keep us posted on her recovery.
